Refund policy

Due to the nature of handcrafted and customized items, all sales are final on:

• Custom embroidery
• Personalized items
• Any made-to-order product

Non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days if unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged. Please contact us to arrange a return. 

Order Errors / Damaged Items

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund when appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once materials are purchased or stitching has started, the order is non-refundable.

Refunds for eligible orders will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
