Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items: 3-5 business days
Personalized items (monogrammed sashes): 1-2 weeks
Made-to-order or custom items: 2-3 weeks
During peak seasons (especially Christmas), processing times may be extended. You'll be notified if delays occur.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS (Priority Mail or Ground Advantage). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Standard shipping: Calculated USPS rates
Free shipping: Orders $100 and up

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Local Pickup

Local pickup in the Florence, SC area may be available for select products. Contact us to arrange. Shipping is the preferred method for most orders.

Shipping Issues

Once an order is scanned by the carrier, Setture Co. LLC is no longer responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen. If something happens, please reach out - we’re happy to assist with filing a claim.
